Our Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original, unopened packaging — including any seals, tags, and protective wrapping intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
How to start a return Email us at hello@edylondonbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will cover return postage costs in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Items where the seal has been broken or removed
- Products that have been used or applied
- Gift cards
