Each box contains 30 handmade clusters with medical-grade, skin-safe adhesive pre-applied; no glue needed. Designed to be applied beneath your natural lashes, they create a seamless, extension-like finish that blends effortlessly with your lash line.

How to apply:
For the best results, your natural lashes need to be completely clean and dry before application:
- Remove all eye makeup thoroughly
- Make sure there is no mascara, oils or residue on your lashes
- Do not apply any eye cream or serum beforehand
- Ensure lashes are completely dry before applying
How to remove:
- To remove, gently lift the clusters from the base of your lashes using clean fingers or tweezers and return them to the box for reuse. If removing at the end of the 5-day wear period without reuse, an oil-based cleanser can be used to help dissolve the adhesive.
Aftercare to Make Them Last 5 Days
- Apply the clusters on make-up free lashes. You can apply them on mascara lashes as well but we recommend removing them in the evening in order for you to remove your make-up. Clusters can be returned to the box and re-applied on another day
- Avoid oil based makeup removers or skincare around the eye area
- Do not rub or pull your eyes
- Avoid steam (saunas, hot showers directly on face). Cold water is fine.
- Gently brush them daily with a clean spoolie
- Avoid mascara on top of them. You can wear mascara on your own lashes if desired, but for 5 days of consecutive wear we recommend applying them on bare lashes.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day where possible.
We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for all orders, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
UK Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on all UK orders over £60. Orders below £60 are subject to a standard shipping fee at checkout.
Please note that dispatch times do not include weekends or bank holidays, so orders placed on a Friday may be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that any customs charges, import duties or taxes incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order, as we are unable to cover or reimburse these fees.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Edy London Lashes cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@edylondonbeauty.com and we will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original, unopened packaging — including any seals, tags, and protective wrapping intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
How to start a return Email us at hello@edylondonbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will cover return postage costs in these cases.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Items where the seal has been broken or removed
- Products that have been used or applied
- Gift cards
